This will be our third year offering these processing workshops. They’ve been a lot of fun each time, and we’re so excited to continue and expand our efforts to share our knowledge of tea processing!

Here are the details: Each workshop will go from 9:00am until around 4:30pm. The morning will start with harvesting. We’ll wrap that up around 11:00, take a break for lunch, and then spend the afternoon processing our tea. Tea harvest and production are both very physical. We’ll do our best to make this accessible to people of varying physical ability, but please come prepared to squat, bend, lift, and generally move around. There will be plenty of opportunities for breaks and rest. Snacks will be provided, but please bring your own lunch. And yes, everyone will be taking home some of the tea we make together!

In the event that you have to cancel, we will give a full refund for those who provide at least 10 days advance notice, and a refund of half the cost after that. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, since it's pretty challenging for us to fill a vacant spot on such short notice!
