24 grams of handpicked Camellia sinensis, grown and processed right here on our farm in Salem, OR. Though this tea is the simplest to produce, it takes much longer to harvest and so we only make a relatively small quantity each year.

Compared to the spring harvest white, this version was piled to promote slightly more oxidation. It is very sweet, but a bit more simple in terms of aromatics. It’s also quite relaxing, though we don’t recommend drinking it late in the evening. You can brew this in any manner you like and it will taste great, but we suggest using slightly warmer water (around 195F).
