24 grams of handpicked Camellia sinensis, grown and processed right here on our farm in Salem, OR. Though this tea is in many ways the simplest to produce, it takes much longer to harvest and so we only make a relatively small quantity each year.

The tea is much buddier than last year, with powerful fragrance in the dry leaf. Notes of Fruit Loops, licorice, cloves, and hay. This tea is also available in our 2025 Spring Variety Pack.
