This is the first tea we produce each year, and is the purest distillation of our fresh spring growth. It is extremely fragrant and has a gentle but lasting flavor. Probably the closest thing we currently have to a “flagship” tea. This tea is cooked over high heat in the panner before multiple rounds of rolling and drying coax out its rich aroma. Notes of artichoke heart, pine sap, and citrus zest.
