This year, we opted to save all of our handpicked black tea production for the summer harvest. Thankfully, the wait has paid off and weather conditions have cooperated in providing us with a bountiful harvest of material particularly suited to the conditions needed for processing good black tea. The brewed tea is sweet, smooth, and viscous, with a rich baked aroma.
