Tasting Sessions

Tasting Sessions are intimate, educational gatherings of up to six (6) attendees in which we will focus on either green, white, or red (black) tea. Our intention with this offering is to provide an opportunity for more advanced discussion than the “Tea 101” that we provide in normal tours. These sessions involve brewing up one of our teas, followed by at least two other teas of the same genre. An example of this could be drinking our green tea, followed by a specifically chosen Chinese green, then a Japanese green. The intention is to create a space where we can observe and discuss some of the variety made possible by different terroir, processing methods, and brewing styles. Each tea will be steeped multiple times to experience the change from brew to brew, and there will be plenty of time for more in-depth discussion than is available during group tours. Each session will include light snacks to go with the tea.

Pricing*:

1 Person: $150

2 People: $100/person

3-4 People: $75/person

5-6 People: $65/person

If you would like to book a Tasting Session, reach out via email, Instagram, or inquire via the Private Tour form below.
