This black tea has more broken pieces, stems, and mature leaves than the other two varieties. It has an easy energy that makes it a go-to for afternoon tea, and a great follow-up to lunch or dinner. It has a deeper roast than the other black teas from this year, and will continue to settle and develop over the coming months. We highly recommend getting your water all the way up to a full boil each time you steep this one to get the most out of it.
